Pete Josefski is a fully licensed real estate agent, who has been involved in commercial property development and fit-out for over 20years. In 2017, Pete founded 3Wood Consultancy – a hospitality- focused business, offering clients an end-to-end solution to site selection and leasing, design and planning, fit-out management, and business planning and development. 3Wood Consultancy has worked throughout Australia with clients including Swissport, Chipmunks Playlands, Getta Burger
and Oche. Prior to this, Pete was the National Franchise Development Manager for Hog’s Breath Cafe (Australia) for 13 years. During this time, he developed, leased, Franchised, and opened more than 45 new restaurants throughout Australia and New Zealand.
His real estate career was founded back in 2002 which provided the training, skills, and service standards that his current business prides itself on. Brisbane-born and bred, Pete’s passion is helping businesses grow from the ground up. He believes passionately in helping clients find the right commercial solution that will work for them to maximise their returns.
