A born and raised New Farm resident for over 30 years now living in Clayfield area. I have seen New Farm and its surrounding suburbs grow and develop significantly and have investments in these areas as well.
I have a Diploma In Finance am accredited as a BAS Agent as well as Dip in Finance and Mortgage Brokering and am a qualified Real Estate agent with my own Full Licence. Also I am a self employed mortgage broker for last 10 years with hands on lending experience which serves well for clients looking to buy home and to understand the finance process as well. 30 years being self employed buying and selling homes in the greater Brisbane area has assisted me to understand the market and grow a healthy property investment portfolio as well.
My ability to assist people from all walks of life using my personal experience, research skills and knowledge of both the financial markets and property market allow me to offer many seller and buyers a diversity than many others cannot provide. My transparency and tactfulness allow my clients to achieve positive results without unnecessary pressure and with the assurance that they are fully informed with full disclosures.
Buying property is not to be taken lightly and can be life changing for many people so I ensure they are given correct advise and understand the transaction completely.
